Synopsis

Questions asked in the street, quick answers, and faces turning away are some of the elements in this stream of instant inspiration. The author asks questions on the edge, revolving around issues like love, sexuality, homosexuality, prostitution, economy, ideology, abortion. The film is sequenced by shots from a round-table meeting on a terrace, where Professor Musatti and writer Alberto Moravia respond to the question that arose during the earlier filming. This is the first time explicit statements on sexuality are captured in a documentary. Sex is the key element in Pasolini's works, it is the essence of his private story. The film has never been in official distribution and the only screenings have taken place in clubs.
