20 A nostalgic film woven together from amateur footage and staged scenes, depicting a love story that begins in prison and continues in the outside world until drug addiction hastens the fall.

The film Mouth of the Wolf is nominated for the LUX Film Prize 2010, annually awarded by the European Parliament. LUX Prize was founded in 2007 as a symbol of the commitment of the European Parliament to promote the European film industry and its creative efforts. Each film which is part of the LUX Prize official selection offers a view of the Europeans - their life, their beliefs and doubts, their search for an identity. These films show or discuss the fundamental values of the European identity, cultural diversity and bring insights to the debate on the EU integration process. The official selection for the LUX Prize is annually conducted by an expert panel, which includes producers, distributors, exhibitors, festival directors or film critics. The winning film receives financial support for subtitling it in all official EU languages and making one copy of 35mm per each Member State.
