Synopsis

A pregnant woman gets the strangest cravings, which drives her husband to desperation. The main protagonist can't resist and shamelessly takes anything that she gets a fancy for, including a pipe.

The film, which uses two types of shots, is one of the most distinctive in Guy's filmography and provides an excellent example of her style. Guy returns to the subject of motherhood, although here in the form of slapstick. Here, too, the film ends in what for her is a fetishistic place – the cabbage patch.
