Ondřej Provazník

Studied journalism at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, and he currently studies screenwriting and dramaturgy at FAMU. He has worked for the cultural section of the newspaper Lidové noviny, was an external contributor to Cosmopolis, a programme on Czech Television, and contributed as a dramaturgist and screenwriter to creating the series Airport for TV Prima. In 2007 he filmed a short feature film titled Not Today, plotlessly recording a single day in the life of a single character. He was co-author of last year’s winning film in the Czech Joy section at the Jihlava IDFF, A Town Called Hermitage.
