Tereza Czesany Dvořáková

Dvořáková was born in 1977 in Ústí nad Labem, and earned degrees in film studies from the Faculty of Arts at Charles University and in film and television production from FAMU. She is currently working as the director of the Research Department at the National Film Archive, is a member of the board of the State Fund for the Support and Development of Czech Cinema, and is a lecturer in film studies at Charles University. Her name can also be found on the masthead of Iluminace magazine, and she is a founding member of the Association of Friends of Cinepur. She is the author of the book Prag-Film AG 1941–1945: Im Spannungsfeld zwischen Protektorats- und Reichs-Kinematografie and a number of other scholarly articles devoted to the history of Czech and German cinema.
