Tamara Moyzes

Slovak political artist, curator, and filmmaker living and working in Prague. Moyzes works in documentary film, videoart, and new media. She creates fictional video-documentaries that frequently make use of parody and irony, and engages in public interventions. She has a long-term interest in minority issues, xenophobia, racism and nationalism (the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Roma issues), feminism, queer issues, and religion. On several of her projects, she has collaborated with her husband, the Israeli artist Shlomi Yaffe.
