Czech Silver

The CZECH SILVER exhibition presents the civic attitudes in the spirit of freedom, moral integrity, and remaining active without regard to age, through the stories of 12 contemporary women aged 70+, whom we can describe as the Czech family silver, as presenting core values, and as a compass, because it is worth continuing in their footsteps. This unique travelling exhibition is shown in public spaces: twelve photo portraits by Karel Cudlína are displayed on a 12-meter tall rotating wheel designed by architect Martina Rajniš and reminiscent of the London Eye. These are portraits of women over 70 who continue to do something to improve society, walk through life with their backs straight, and have the right moral integrity on the side of freedom.
